We are pleased to confirm that during the current pandemic, although the Isle of Man Registry is closed to the Public, documentation is still being accepted and processed.
Under Emergency Powers the Registry are now able to accept documents with electronic signatures as well as scanned copy documents with payment being taken on line. There have also been extensions provided in relation to late filing fees where it is simply not possibly for original documents to be submitted within the required time scales.
This is proving to be incredibly helpful in the continuing work that we need to undertake for our clients and has enabled us to retain a high level of efficiency. We are extremely grateful to the Companies Registry for their common sense approach in this matter.
